All CCSD staff are responsible for recording their time and monitoring their absences in CCSD's electronic Time and Attendance System.

  • PUNCH' staff must use this link to record punches.
  • This link only works on CCSD's wireless network.         


Login anywhere

All staff

  • Use this link to request absence or view accruals anywhere
  • 'TIMECARD' staff can use this to record their time anywhere.


Employee Resources:

  1. FAQs for Employees - The FAQs provide essential information for all staff.
    1. To access the FAQs on your dashboard in Time and Attendance, right click on link for the FAQs, then select 'Open in a new tab'
  2. Supervisor - the name and email address of your Time and Attendance supervisor is displayed on your dashboard. Please contact your supervisor if you need support with Time and Attendance.

New staff:

You will receive an email from [email protected] providing your login ID, initial password, method of recording hours worked ('PUNCH', 'TIMECARD', or 'TIMEAUTO'), and holiday profile. Please read the FAQs for more details.

  • Please check both your personal and CCSD email accounts for this login email.  
  • The login email typically is sent within 5 working days of your start date. At the beginning of the school year, login emails for new staff may not be sent until late September.
  • If you have not received your login email by your start date, please contact your supervisor and use this paper sign-in sheet until you receive your login email.
